Segala sesuatu yg membuat seseorang bertingkah laku tertentu .

2. Direction = How hard beneficial goal
3. Presistence = How long a person tries

Higher order needs : Needs are that satisfied internally

ERG theory ( Clayton Alderfer )
Three groups of core needs :

Core needs :
Existance : Provision of basic material requirements
Relatedneeds : Desire for relationship
Growth : Desire for personal development
More than one need can be operative at the same time

Theory X and Theory Y( DouglasMc Groger )
+ Theory X : Assumes that employes dislike work , talk ambition , avion responbility , and must be directed and correct to performed
+ Theory Y : Assumes that employes like work , seek responbility , are capable of making decision and exercise self direction and self control when commited to a goal

Theory of needs ( David Mc Clelland )
Need for achievment => The drive to excel , to achieve direction to set of standards , tostrive to succed
David Mc Clelland => is figur leader of the theory of achievment
